I have well experience on GC, ICP, IC & UV/VIS Spectrophotometer & having good knowledge in instrument analysis, ASTM,UOP & ISO Methods, computers, LIMS, organizational skills & laboratory safety

At present I am working with QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY from the Commissioning stage, The Technical
Laboratory is one of the best labs in its kind with the entire most sophisticated instrument along with software. At present I am associates with all the commissioning activities from laboratory side which includes mainly;
1. Segregation & Arrangement of lab chemicals and glassware at designated places.
2. Preparation of SOP for PP,PDH and UTILITIES.
3. Assisting chemist for Pre-commissioning & commissioning lab activities.
4. Develop the lab systems, instrument calibration standards.
5. Support the plant in commissioning & plant startup activities.
6. Data Entry in LIMS & SAP.
7. Actively taking part in safety awareness programs.
8. Installation, calibration & Setting up methods with vendor on following instruments;
9. Gas Chromatography (Agilent 7890A)
10. Gas Chromatography (Agilent 7890A DHA)
11. HPLC (Waters,2695 )
12. ICP (ICAP-6500,ICP-OES,Thermo Scientific)
13. TOC Analyzer (HACH)
14. Autotitrators (Metrohm Titrino-794)
15. Coulometric Karl-Fischer Titrator (Metrohm-831)
