Gas Injection:
This unit is designed to inject high-pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir for maintaining the crude oil pressure. Compressor type is 3 stage 4 cylinders double acting reciprocating compressor (Ingersoll-Rand, INDIA) Handling pressure - 315 Kg/Cm2, Plant capacity - 6.24LM3/Day.
Wastewater Treatment:
Receiving sup level maintains. Surge bound change over, Equalizing Tank operation, TP1 & DAP Tank operation, Aritation tank operation. Final Clarification Disposal sump.
Pigging Operation:
Operation of Pigging (Receiving And Launching) In All Gas, Oil & Water Pipelines. Using Foam Pig, Intelligent Pig, Mechanical Pig with Brush, Chemical Pig.
Valves & Switches:

* Maintain production and injection databases and generating supporting spreadsheets, reports, and plots.
* Start, check or stop pumps locally according to instruction or in case of emergency.
* Open or close the injection water distribution manifold on the satellites which receive treated water from the Central Complex water injection plant distribute it to the relevant wellhead platforms under the guidance of the senior supervisor.
* During the start up of equipment remotely (such as booster pumps, air compressors, separators) assist in checking and following the start up sequence.
* Assist in isolating, draining, purging and handing over equipments for maintenance on inspection and check the equipments for its correct operation when the maintenance job is completed.
* Assist in the preparation of pressure of vessels for inspection/maintenance.
* Assist in carrying out the routine weekly run tests of equipment like emergency diesel generator, diesel and electrical fire pumps, etc
* Participate, under instructions, in launching pigs into pipelines; prepare pig receiver stations, remove the pig and check it for damage under the guidance of senior supervisor.
* Unload chemicals into tank for injection; start and adjust the flow rate of chemical injection pump as required.
* Check the water /oil interface level in sump tanks and operate their pumps locally when required.
* Initiate and lead fire fighting or other emergency actions in area until it is taken over by a higher authority. Monitors and controls all activities within area of responsibility are conforming to "HSE standards and guide lines" set by the company.
