Managing all HSE issues in West Kuwait providing full maintenance services to KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) all assets reporting direct to Project Managing Engineer. This contract is the first of its kind in Kuwait and is performance based with HSE management consisting of 10% of contract profit. Circa 400 personnel covering half of Kuwait managing all aspects of the day to day running of wellheads, flow lines, oil & gas gathering centres, water handling and injection facilities, tooling fabrication & painting workshops and heavy plant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Set and monitor Objectives and Targets towards Health and safety goals of the project particularly as per requirements contract's KPI.
* Monitoring the performance of safety officers on day today basis.
* Monitoring the overall performance of the site on HSE matters.
* Monitoring administrative controls over sub-contractors over HSE issues.
* Monitoring the PTW system procedures and controls.
* Monitoring the overall performance of issues with respect to Security at site.
