-Inferential model building with linear regression (Honeywell Profit SensorPro).
-Multivariable process step testing (Honeywell Profit Stepper).
-Multivariable control model building with FIR/PEM (Honeywell RMPCT Profit Design Studio).
-APC Online tuning, commission and support/service (Honeywell RMPCT Profit Controller)
-APC interface with DCS (Honeywell Experion and TDC3000).
-Regulatory level calculation-heater pass balance (Honeywell Unified Real Time).
-Online inferential bias update with lab values (Honeywell Toolkit Lab Update).
-APC Functional Design, FAT and SAT to Handover to owner.
-Benefit study for gas processing plant and post APC performance.
-Process historization / monitoring (Uniformance PHD).

Process modeling as basis for APC Implementation:

-Using dynamic process model (Operator Training and Simulation-Honeywell UniSim Design) to build APC model for the purpose of operator training and serve as basis for later real APC design.
-Process model run on simulated DCS Honeywell Experion in UniSim Operation.
-Step test on process model to build APC model and inferential model.
-APC Functional Design, FAT and SAT to Handover to owner.

2) UKM Master Dissertation- Chemical Process Optimization, 2006 June-2007 May
-Successfully created an optimization method (Newton methods + AIOSPE) capable of fulfilling non-linear objective function and obey non-linear constraints in just few loops.
-MATLAB was used to test the optimization method on chemical process problem (high dimension MIMO matrix) resulted in fast steady-state optimal set points in favor of cost function.

1) Petronas Melaka (PPMSB-MG3) lube base oil OTS based APC project (VDU, Heater Balance & MSDW/HDT)
-Process Modeling and simulated DCS are Honeywell UniSim Design. APC is Honeywell Profit Suite.
-5 Multivariable Controllers with 120 CVs and 45 MVs.

2) Petronas Melaka (PPMSB-MG3) lube base oil Real APC project (VDU & Heater Balance)
-Grass-root project with Honeywell APC Profit Suite and Honeywell DCS Experion.
-2 Multivariable Controllers with 35 CVs and 15 MVs.

3) PCS Singapore APC Upgrade (Olefin Process)
-Upgrade of Honeywell APC Profit Controller and Profit Optimizer to Window base version.
-Upgrade regulatory level calculation on DCS TDC3000 and Honeywell APC URT.

In Progress Projects
1) IRPC-Thai APC for DCC Unit (FCCU and Hydro-Treating).
2) TPT Thai APC Revamp (CTA process).
