* knowledge and practise in auditing on conformity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PN-ISO 18001 - BS OHSAS 18001 similar) and specially in auditing seismic crews on conformity with QHSE standards (achieved during 6 years of experience in seismic aquisition);
* knowledge and practice in elaborating Environmental Impact Assessment according to polish law regulations, using in the process of obtaining the concessions for exploration of oil and gas;
* practice in assessment and evaluation of environmental risk connected with seismic projects;
* knowledge and practice in HSE standard in the seismic crew operations - monitoring and improvement of hse system (documentation, risk assessment, jsa, trainings, reporting, accident investigation, statistics etc.);
* creating environmental thematic maps based on geodesic and topographical backgrounds;
* contacts with local authorities and environmental agencies in relation with obtaining legal decissions and negotiations the permittions to work in environmentally sensitive areas.
