Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicates with and follow instructions from Head Operator Console (PIE) and Head Operator Yard in order to carry out duties efficiently and safety.
* Ensuring that the Oil Wharf is operated within the operating capacity and preparation of all Pre-Cargo handling documents and records.
* Connecting and disconnecting the Rotating Counterweighted Marine Arm (RCMA) at Oil Wharf, ensuring that the RCMA is within the operating envelop at all stages during loading & off-loading operations and responding the RCMA alarm if exceeds the operating envelop at the Oil Wharf. * Ensuring all Product Recovery System (PRS) at Oil Wharf are fully operational, properly lined-up to Shipping/Receiving line before recovering the drained product from inboard & based riser assembly of RCMA using Wilden pump.
* Responsible for Gas Testing prior issuing Hot Work, Confined Space, Excavation & Electrical permits to. Issue work permits, monitor the on-going jobs and Contractor activities.
