GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE:
Methyl Diethanol Amine (MDEA) is used to absorb the H2S from the sour gas. It consists of two sections. Absorption section is Amine Contactor and Amine regeneration Section. Operation and control of the Absorber, Knock Out Drum, Heat Exchangers and, maintain the MDEA temp. Control the level of rich amine Flash drum, Rich/Lean Amine exchanger, Regenerator, Control the lean amine flash drum, Operation of vapor compressors and Reflux coil.
Gas Dehydration Unit:
The system has one dehydration train. The dehydration consists of two sections.
1. Dehydration section and 2. Glycol Regeneration section. Natural gas from HP, test Separator constitutes feed to Gas Dehydration system.
Glycol purification, Glycol Regeneration, Natural Gas dehydration, Coalescer Separator Glycol contactor, Glycol Recovery scrubber, Reboiler, Burner Reflux coil Glycol Flash Drum, Glycol and charcoal Filter, Lean, Rich Glycol exchange, Glycol Storage tank. Three way value, Glycol Booster and circulation pump operation Glycol pumped in the system and also the Ph value checking at Glycol, Fuel gas, Pilot gas, Blanket Gas and stripping gas operation.
Reboiler:
Maintains the Reboiler Temperature Glycol; Level Fuel Gas to Pilot gas Supply, Still Column Temperature Setting, and three-way valve function. Log sheet for Glycol Regeneration Unit and Control Room Reading.
Gas Injection Unit:
Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir, operation and maintenance of multistage gas compressors, Scrubbers, Inter Coolers, After Coolers, separators Start up and shutdown operations of compressor at gas injection unit, control the dryers, pressurization/depressurization of the dryer, control the cool box, operations.
OIL FIELD EXPERIENCE:
Oil and Gas Gathering Stations:
Familiar with oil manifolds, HP, MP & LP separators (Two/ Three Phase ), Booster Pumps, Crude transfer pumps, chemical injection ( Electrical and Air Drive) Oil line pigging operations, changing orifice plates, Fuel gas scrubber, Slug Catcher, knock out drum, Air compressor and Routine sampling of oil and gas wells.
Central Production Facility & Tank Farm:
Receiving Crude from Different Gathering Stations, HP, MP & LP separators (Three Phase), Transfer pumps, Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, Emulsion Treatment by Electrostatic Heater ¡VTreater, Demulsifier & Anti form injection other chemicals (Scale Inhibiter, Corrosion Inhibiter, Water Clarifier etc) injection rate calculations, Desalting Crude through electric desalters, Firewater pumps, Pig launching and receiving (form, scraper, cup and intelligent) Storage Tank operation, Produced Water Tank, Skimmer Tank, Tilted plate Tank Gas boot, produced water flash drum, knock out drum, preparation of daily production reports (Gas, oil & water ), Well test Data entry, oil & gas calculation for GOR. Well aware of plant safety equipment & Emergency procedures etc.
Operation & Control of Roof Top intermediate Tanks Float Top Main Tanks Handling transfer pumps, booster pumps, Main pumps, reading about the current level oil in the tanks, Bottom oil transfer operation, water draining and operation of all motor operation valves at Crude oil pumping station.
Test Run for the standby equipment as per the schedule, isolations and desolation of equipment for maintenance, familiar with permit systems, gas testing, Mech. & Elect. Isolation procedures and Co-ordination with the maintenance crew, trouble shooting reports, co-ordination with the panel operator and supervisor during the Emergency shutdown or planned shutdown and during the start up of the plant. Checking and testing all alarm sand trip switches with the instrument technicians and also involving the preventive maintenance of the plant.
Start up knowledge of Air compressor, Air dryer operation, Panel, and LP & HP stage cooling water radiators. Familiar with pneumatic panels, different types of valves, controllers and transmitters. CO2 and UV detectors isolation for internal inspections, Fuel Gas purging and filter cleaning etc. Additional requirements involved lab sampling (oil & gas) and analysis like BS & W.
Utilities:
Well experienced in utility operations such as gas Turbine Generator, Instrument Air Compressor, Piston Pumps, Water Treatment Plant, Produced Water Treatment Plant, effluent treatment Plant, cooling tower & chemical injection.
Process Operation:
Familiar with oil & Gas processing have good experience in the operation of natural Gas Dehydration & Glycol Regeneration Unit. Smooth Operation and maintenance of process plant instruments. Calculation of Oil & Gas flow rates & Dispatch to DPR from log sheets. Operation and maintenance of separator and handling, HP, MP, LP- Production & Test separator 2 phase & 3 Phase Separator (Gas oil & water). PCV, LCV, PSV Pumping Crude from sump cassion. Taking separator reading, flowing well fluid through separator, bypassing opening and closing.
CONTROL PANEL OPERATIONS:
Conversant in handling of all types of control panels, central control panels, local control panels, pneumatic control panels, DCS (Distributed Control System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisation), System, Various types of valves PCV, LCV, FCV, Fisher controllers, Gas detectors, UV detectors and Detronics.
Water Treatment and Injection:
Working as a control room operator in advanced Distributed Control System (DCS) by Emerson Delta v operating system Programmable Logic control (PLC) from HIMA,and FNG panel and ESD systems, monitoring the various process parameters in water injection and disposal plant, where water is gathered from various gathering centers and treated with various chemicals like Oxygen Scavenger, Scale and Corrosion inhibitor, Coagulant and Biocides and was filtered by using the Black Wall Nut shells and Operation for Booster pump, Main disposal pump was injected and disposed to wells by high pressure up to 150 bar also having the knowledge of Well Head operation and Fuel gas and Flare systems and having been authorized to sign in KOC Permit to work system and also HSE standards.
Pre Commissioning & Commissioning:
Checking, Prepare all Leak testing, Steam and oil flushing, Air blowing chemical cleaning, Card-board blasting, testing of gasket, All vessels hydro testing pipe line testing, inter - lock checking, PCV stock utility facility like ¡V instrument air and plant air, Service water, cooling water system, Fuel gas and Inert gas system, Sewer and Drainage system.
Blind checking and removing, inert gas purging, leak testing, de-pressurization, P & I D checking, Hot and Cold work permit, HC charging, leak testing up to vessel operating pressure, line up the system.
