Co-ordination between inspection team and adjacent work activities. Resolving work conflicts on day to day basis. Particularly difficult was getting positive rapports from Nigerian crew. Avoiding cultural conflicts required proper attitude and understanding of local reality. Resolving existing conflicts and delays needed flexible and diplomatic approach. Responsible for Projects: workforce and appropriate training (rope access), Health & Safety on site, implementation of work plan, use of resources (ground transport, helicopter, power tools, communication systems, etc), liaise with local authorities or client representatives, reporting to board of directors on progress, site preparation, logistics and know how in case location was geographically difficult (mountain areas), project co-ordination, resolving work conflicts between teams.

Rigging and lifting heavy elements with abseiling techniques. Teams of up to 15 men. Job sites often in geographically difficult terrain.
Due to Air diver qualifications, work in capacity of a diver (when needed by the company) obtaining more diver's experience. Jobs undertaken: checking and closing up dams for renovation, setting up explosives, cleaning with ejector, welding, using geo-fabric on river bed, cutting with lance, checking leaks and state of erosion and corrosion on underwater constructions. Inspection equivalent CSWIP3.2u.
