* Joined as Graduate Engineering Trainee (Through Campus Interview) in May 2005 in Essar oil LTD's 10.5 MMTPA grass root refinery, Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
* Promoted to positions of progressively higher responsibilities, based on sheer hard work, dedication and excellent performance.
* Has been the core member of the team which commissioned the FCC Unit.(S.S&W)
* Worked as Process/Commissioning /Panel Engineer.

2. HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY LTD- FCC & VGO HDT (June 2008- Till Date)
* HPCL-MITTAL Energy LTD is joint venture Company of HPCL & Mittal Energy LTD, involved in the setting up of 9 MMTPA refinery, Punjab, India.
* Working as Asst.Manager-Process for DCC & PRU (S.S&W) and VGO Hydrotreater (Axens).
* Responsibilities include review of Design packages, hydraulics checking, HAZOP, 3D model Review, technical analysis of vendor details for the equipments involved in the DCC unit.
* Preparation of strategies for startup and commissioning of the unit. Currently involved in DCS/OTS/APC development of the process units (DCC, VGO HDT, etc) along with Yokogawa.

* As a Process Engineer, involved in process/project activities in co-ordination PMC/EPC/Vendors.
* Technical analysis of vendor documents before an order is placed for a particular equipment..
* Developing training modules (Operator Training Simulators) for operators for commissioning/operations.

„« Along with the vendor from MAN Turbo, Germany, has done the process logic checking, ESD, solo run, Surge test & start-up of Main Air Blower driven by condensing type turbine and Wet Gas Compressor, driven by back pressure turbine.
„« Preparation of fall back strategies for Compressors along with the vendor from CCC (Compressor Control Corporation of India) and has done the surge test.
„« Along with the licensor from ZEECO, UK, has involved in the finalization of logics for CO-Oxidiser & Waste Heat Boiler.

„« Has done start-up, shut down of FCC unit at the level of Panel Officer. (9 start-up & 8 shutdowns of FCC unit).
„« Has handled emergency situation as panel officer such as HP steam failure, WGC trip, MAB trip, etc.
„« Preparation of Start-up & Trip related Graphic pages for DCS in Microsoft Visio and involved in implementation of the same.
„« Has the ability to study the logic pages and comparing the same with Cause & effect drawings and control narrative.
