INTRODUCTION
I bring with me about 17-years of diverse oil and gas experience, which includes operator and service company profile. During my career exposure, I gained vast technical and management experience in completion design, production technology, sand control, completion programming and supervision, marketing, technology coordination, new technology implementation, operations management of well services activity covering well perforating, testing, slickline, artificial lift with sandface and upper completions, country management of completions activity, profit and loss statement review, balance sheet and cash flow management, contracts negotiation and tendering, and change management. In addition, I have worked as a Completions Engineer for renowned oil operators, such as Eni-Agip & BG Group. For Eni-Agip, I performed a classic field-wide completions design and modeling in Venezuela which covered a wide range of sandface completions such as; Open Hole Gravel Pack, Frac-Pack, High Rate Waterpack, Single trip Multi-zone gravel packs using Alternate Path technology, Single trip perforate & pack technology and multilateral completions. All these various completion configurations and designs were successfully installed and played a key role in increasing the operator's production levels two-fold within a period of two years. In 2000, I co-published an SPE paper #58776 titled "A Multi-Zone Single-Trip Gravel Packing and Production Technique Reduces Completion Costs by 60% Compared to Conventional Water-Packing in a Single-Selective Completion in the Gulf of Mexico", based on a novel technique for performing the "Frac-Pack" and installing the production tubing at the same time thereby bringing production ahead of schedule while reducing conventional costs. Worked as Lead Technical Engineer in my last Schlumberger role in charge of Sand Control Completions Technology in the entire Africa continent, where my vast experience in Open Hole Gravel Pack came into effect in supporting the major deepwater subsea projects in Africa and I also toured the various countries in Africa ensuring all Sand Control Fluids & Proppant utilized in Gravel Pack & Frac-Pack completions are prepared & QA-QC checked as per API standards & guidelines with complete QC File & documentation provided for the clients. In 2001, I coordinated and supervised, from the service company standpoint, the first phase of the BG Group NCMA project in Trinidad, which involved the deployment of up to 4 new technologies in the completion of extended reach horizontal high rate gas wells. This work merited my receipt, on behalf of the project team, of the coveted yearly BG Group Chairman's Award for Innovation & Excellence for the year 2002 in London. In 2008, I worked for BG Group as Completions & Well Test Engineer performing the role of Completions and Well Test Consultant assigned to OPL 286 Deepwater Well Test Campaign.
