HISTORY
September 85' - January 93'
I was in the British army for 8 years has an Infantry soldier. I served around the world in different locations and also Northern Ireland for 2 ½ YEARS.

February 93' - February 94'
I was employed by Ellis and Everard. This company was based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England. I dealt with driving and transporting chemicals to different customer locations. I had my ADR, forklift, and HGV 2 license to do this job

February 94' - March 96'
I was employed by Atlas Haulage Ltd. This company was based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. I was employed to drive different HGV 1&2 vehicles all over the UK and Europe carrying various different items to different customers.

March 96' - November 97'
I joined an agency called Sawley Industrial. This agency dealt with HGV 1&2 drivers.
I dealt with a various amount of companies that wanted my services has an agency driver. I drove different types of HGV's and travelled all over the UK and Europe.

November 97' - December 00'
I was employed with BJ Services UK LTD. They where based in Tuxford, Newark, Nottinghamshire, England. I joined the company has an Equipment Operator 1.
While I was in Tuxford I learnt how to run cement bulk plant and cement bulk trucks which carry the cement to customer locations. After 6months I was learnt how to use the mobile cement truck. This system was called JET MIXING. I learnt how to do all the necessary paperwork that goes with the job. After 2years I progressed to an Equipment Operator 3 and had enough experience to complete a full cement job, which covers all the calculations and the pre post and post job work.

December 00' - February 01'
I joined an agency called Coiltec. This company employs different personnel for the Oil and gas Industry and is based in Gt. Yarmouth, England. I did not get any work from this agency.

February 01' - October 02'
I re-joined BJ Services UK LTD in Aberdeen, Scotland. I was employed has a Senior Equipment Operator 4(Offshore Cementer). I continued to learn the different aspects of an offshore cementer. I went to several offshore locations doing different cementing jobs. In October 2002 I was promoted to Service Supervisor 1.

October 02' – November 04
I have gained a lot of supervisory skills.
I have a good understanding of the H.S. & E offshore and participate in the STOP programs that are in place on all the different locations. I have done several permit to work programs. I have worked for Shell, B.P, CNR, Kerr McGee, Enterprise Oil and Nexen.
I have got reasonable computer skills.

November 04' – August 05
On November 16th I transferred to BJ Baku, Azerbaijan.
I have been working on an ACC II unit on land rigs for a company called Karasu Operating Company. I have the responsibilities of looking after all the cement equipment and equipment operators. My role also includes all the pre and post job paperwork and liaises with the company rep.

August 05' – June 06'
I transferred back to BJ Services UK LTD. I was promoted to Service Supervisor 2.
I was sent to work for Nexen and Kerr McGee on the Semi-submersible RIG JOHN SHAW on rotation 2weeks on/2weeks off. The equipment was a 35-8-5 ACC II RAM unit.

June 06' – May 07
I was promoted to Senior Service Supervisor.
I have been working for Nexen, Kerr McGee, CNR, and Lundin on several different oilrigs. I work with Halliburton, Dowell and BJ cementing equipment. On different rotation periods.

May 07 – Present
I left BJ Services Ltd on 4th May 07. I started a new job with Roemex Ltd as a Well Bore Clean up Engineer. My job includes supervising the cleaning of the well, mixing the required chemicals. My main responsibility is to make sure the well is cleaned to the correct specification. Also to follow the correct procedures for collecting and testing samples of chemical and completion fluid to a particular specification of the operating company. Also to complete the correct paperwork and all relevant equipment and samples are returned onshore.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
* Responsible for health and safety.
Ÿ Supervisory and training to operators.
Ÿ Writing reports and service tickets.
Ÿ Implementation of all HSE procedures.
Ÿ Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

June 80' - July 85'
I was in the Dukeries Comprehensive School, New Ollerton, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England. My subjects were Math's CSE grade 3,
English CSE grade 3, Biology CSE grade 3, and Home Economics CSE grade 2.

September 85' - January 93'
Infantry soldier. I served in Northern Ireland for 2 ½ Years. I did two tours of Cyprus.
I did 2years on home defense. I did 6months in the Falkland Islands on peace tour.

January 93' - February 93'
I learnt how to drive a HGV 2 truck.

January 96' - February 96'
I learnt how to drive a HGV 1 truck.

April 98'
Basic Cementing level 2 course in Aberdeen. This course covers basic calculations and formulas.

November 01'
Cement Level 1 (Engineering Handbook). This course covers all the aspects that detailed in the BJ Engineering Handbook.

January 02' - February 02'
I went to the Houston, USA to do the following courses:
Offshore Skid Maintenance Operation 1 to 3. This covers all the aspects of the BJ 35-8-5 ACC unit and the maintenance program.
Offshore cementing level 3 (Advance cementing). This covers the complicated part of cementing including squeeze jobs and absolute volumes.

January 03'
I completed the downhole tool course in Aberdeen. This course covers the different type of packers, bridge plugs, and cement retainers.

January 04'
I completed a Leadership Safety Excellence course in Aberdeen.

June 04'
I completed a STOP awareness course.

May 07'
I Completed the Pan European Offshore Survival Course.

THE ABOVE COURSES COME WITH CERTIFICATES.
ALSO I HAVE FULL SVQ FOR PUMPING AND DOWNHOLE TOOLS.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I am a very active person and like to keep myself busy. I like to do DIY at home.
I like to go swimming and occasionally go to the gym.
