Responsible for supervising and leading a shift team. Coordinating with other departments for executing operations, planning, ensure manpower availability, maintenance activities, assessing root causes and remedies.
* Responsible for leading the operation team to manage shift production. Provide assistance to find causes and exercise the necessary remedies to it.
Well conversant with different DCS systems in the control room and having hands on experience in CR operation.
* Knowledge of operating PDMS, ICAPS, MANAGAR Systems.
* Diagnose the plant and equipment problems, put it up to concerned maintenance section, and prepare for the safe maintenance, follow-up of maintenance activity and safe re-commissioning of the equipment.
* React to emergency situations when they occur, assess the situation, declare emergency, take corrective actions, shut down the plant partially or totally and coordinates fire-fighting actions with fire team. Restart the plant safely after the incident is under control and prepare a detailed report.
* Safety Standards including HSE case,Job Safety Analysis, PTW etc. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety rules and regulations.

2)Worked with Statoil Hydro at South Pars Iran Project from May 08 to Sept.09 as
Control Room Operator for Pre-commissioning of platforms at onshore and
Commissioning at offshore for South Pars Project, Iran.Operated on Yokogawa Centum
CS-3000.

3)Worked for MODEC on FPSO located South of Vietnam from Dec.07 to April 08 as
Production Supervisor looking after daily production of the FPSO & reporting OIM.

4)Worked with Shell Iran Offshore Ltd. from Aug.03 to Jan 07.Reporting to OIM as
Commissioning / Production Supervisor in commissioning & operation of Soroosh
& Nowrooz Integrated project.Carried out pre-commissioning of 7 platforms with oil and gas handling facility of 190000 bbls/day of oil & 80 Mm3/day of gas.Platform comprises with Alstom Power turbines & Thermodyne gas compressors for export.CCR operation is carried out on Yokogawa Centum CS-3000 DCS.

6)Worked as Commissioning Control Room Operator from Oct.01 to Mar.02 with
ABB Offshore Technology, Dietsmann for commissioning & operation of FPSO at
Singapore Jurong Yard and Equatorial Guinea, West Africa offshore. Operated on
ABB Advent 500 DCS system.Monitor and controlling of Subsea (Camaron control)
