Job Responsibilities:
* Working as a field operator in NGL Fractionation Unit, Gas treating unit by MDEA, regeneration of amine and SRU Claus Process Unit for precommissioning, commissioning start up and operation.
* Operating knowledge of pressure and atmospheric distillation, furnaces for sulphur production, amine absorption and regeneration.
* Working experience of equipments like distillation column, fin fan air cooler, Flash drum, Amine absorber column, Amine regenerator column, Knock out drum, Driers, Regeneration furnace, Reaction furnace, Tail gas Incinerator, Degassing pit, high pressure centrifugal pumps, submersible pump, multistage pump.
* Checking all the process parameters on DCS centum CS 3000 Yokogawa for troubleshooting any deviation and smooth operation.
* Work in co-ordination with all engineering departments and subcontractor in erection and installation of of all equipments.
* Execution of Pre Commissioning activities such as Air blowing, flushing, Leak test (tightness test), Inerting, chemical cleaning and Passivation, fuel gas charging and start up operation of Gas field.
* Preparing loops for commissioning activities, marking in P&ID, assisting to prepare method statement, apply standard procedures in the field
* Trouble shooting and debottlenecking of the process.
* Daily report generation of plant operation.
