* Pre commissioning works for Saudi Aramco GOSP 1, Qatif Producing Facilities. As a Contractor for Pre Commissioning to Snamprogetti S. p. A. Milanese, Italy.
Planning and Work Package Preparation in Progress and the Pre commissioning work
Prepared Checklist & Forms for Precommissioning and Site acceptance and inspection for startup.
The GOSP 1 consist of Gas Oil Separation Plant, Water Oil Separation Plant, Water Injection Plant, Gas Gathering Plant and Utilities.

* Provide Manpower assistance for commissioning and startup, Chemical cleaning and maintenance requirements for Saudi Aramco Qatif facilities at Berri Gas Plant –Sulfur Recovery Units Expansion and Modification Sub contractor for Technip Saudi Arabia Ltd.

* Maintenance and cleaning works of Columns, Drums and vessels of Saudi Aramco Rastanura South Refinery during April 2004 shut down of five plant which includes Sulfur, Hydrocracker Visbreaker, DGA and Hydrogen Plant.

* Chemical Cleaning and Oil Flushing works of Lube oil circuit of WIP pumps and Gas compressors, precommissioning for Saudi Aramco Qatif facilities GOSP 2 Qatif South as a Subcontractor for Arabian CBI Ltd.

* Hot Oil Circulation System – Balanced draft Oil fired multipass heater using Therm 600 as heating media with a heat load of 40 million Kcal/hr
* LPG Bulk handling and Bottling Plant.
* Lube Oil Blending and Manufacturing Plant.
* Steam generation, Demineralising unit, Cooling Tower and Effluent treatment system with API oil seperation system
* Product handling and storage

* Check for adequacy to specification Technical support at site locations Resolve engineering field problems, raise Change Request for any Change
* Preparation of Bid Packages, Work Packages, Operation manuals and Procedures, Estimation, Project Planning and provide Technical support.
* Pre engineering of the work to be performed together with the Operation Section Prepare work packages, Prepare material requisitions, Perform material quantity take-off, Prepare work estimates, manuals, procedures. Check material specifications and design tolerances
