QUALIFICATIONS:
Twenty-seven years experience in most aspects of oil and natural gas production, processing, and transportation.
* Certifications-T2, Subpart O, Systems of Offshore Marine Survival (HUET), First Aide and CPR, Fire Prevention and Control, Hazwoper, and API RP 2D 5th Edition. Crane / Rigger.
* Oil & gas production operations - Operated wells and production facilities both land based and in Anadarko Basin and OCS waters. Worked with wells requiring artificial lift as well as high pressure and volume wells.
* Reciprocating natural gas compression - Experience with all facets including fabrication, maintenance, repair, and overhaul, worked with reciprocating compressors and natural gas engines up to 500 hp.
* Production equipment - Technical expertise with most process designs, specializing in TEG dehydration.
* Construction - installation and repair of all types of facilities including single well tank batteries, pipelines, multiple well complexes, and processing plants.
* Gas processing - Constructed, commissioned, started up, operated, and maintained 10+MMcfd propane refrigerated gas processing facility, four 6+MMcfd j-t facilities and gathering systems.

SKILLS:
* On one of the projects completed for a previous employer, was responsible for disassembly of an existing 6+ MMcfd propane refrigeration LNG gas plant. The facility was moved from Hobbs, NM to Cooke County TX on twelve semi truck loads. Assembled the plant, all related piping and equipment with a crew, using only color coded schematics drawn by myself on location in New Mexico. The plant was operational and on schedule with minimal start up problems. Responsible for start up, operations and training of plant operators for this plant and others.
* Have personally fabricated gas dehydration units from ground up using raw materials and Nutter Engineering tray packages. Have also fabricated high pressure separators, meter runs, and compressor skids. Have executed and completed design changes in multiple LNG plants to increase liquids production.
* Have a broad and diverse understanding of the equipment and controls used in the processing and production of natural gas.
