From 1630 wt-ppm in feed.Platfomer convert naphthalene into aromatics using R-134 catalyst (UOP) having Continuous Catalytic Regeneration Unit design by UOP named as Cyclemax CCR with capacity of 2250 kg/hr.Recovery plus for maximize LPG recovery from net-gas.Major equipments of unit are, Naphtha Splitter. Feed Surge Drum. Multi-stage centrifugal pump.Combined feed exchanger. (Packinox as well as Shell & tube in Series). Fin-fan and Trim condensers. Charge Heater (Forced draft Combination type Fired Heater). Reactor (Radial Flow). Make-up & Recycle gas Compressor.(Reciprocating type). Product Separator. Stripper Column. 3-Stack Radial flow reactor.Recon tact between Liquid and Gas system to maximize recovery. Net gas & Recycle gas compressors. Job Profile Working as a Panel/field operator in Naphtha hydro treater & Plat former-CCR unit. Responsibilities & Role as a Panel / field operator are,
* Checking of rotating & Static equipments like Pumps, Compressor, Blower, Fin-fans, Fired heater combustion air fans, Filters, Moving & Fixed beds axial/redial flow reactors, Product separator, Combined feed heat exchanger (Packinox), Shell & tube heat exchanger, fin fans condensers, Trim coolers, Distillation columns, Fired heater like (Balanced / Forced draft with BMS), Flare drums, Flush drums, Steam driven turbine, Sophisticated control valves, PSV, MOV, RTSV made by nales, Chloride treator.
* Takes Panel/field equipments reading as per standard Log-sheet.
* Monitoring temp., press., level & flow-rate of equipments.
* Loading/Unloading of rotating drives like pumps & compressor up to it's safe limit.
* Collecting samples of feed, intermediates, products as per schedule.
* Handover/takeover equipments for maintenance.
* Isolation of equipments by closing valves and Blinding for positive isolation.
* Signing Safety work permits including risk assessment which are given by field engineer for maintenance on equipments.
* An experience of Planned & Emergency Shut-down/Start-up.
* An experience of an emergency shut-down like total/partial power failure & Earthquake.
* Responsible for quick response during minor/major hydrocarbon leakage and Fire-fighting in working area.
* Communication and co-ordination with control room, auxiliary fire squad during fire.
* Responsible working with all Personnel Protection Equipments like helmet, Safety shoes, Safety goggles, Hand gloves and special equipment like Birthing apparatus set, chemical protection apron.
* An experience of working accordingly HSEMS.
* An experience of working on DCS (Foxboro) & PLC (Simens).
* Working accordingly SOP during normal and emergency operation.
