Successfully handled the assignment of consulting company secretary to the Indian entity of Archer Daniels Midland(ADM), a US multinational.

Foreign Investment Promotion Board(FIPB), Ministry of Company Affairs,Company Law Board,Stock Exchanges, SEBI and all other regulatory authorities.
Present skills include in-depth study and analysis of key functional areas in various industries in order to:

3.Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports through the execution of established financial and accounting policies and effective management and factory accounting systems.
4.Managing the new development of converting the manual environment to ensure full automation can be achieved in securing company financial data, effective reporting and financial analysis.
5.Ensuring proper staffing is done together with proper organization, developments and motivation of employees.
