Thermal Acoustic & Cryogenic Insulation Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS
I have been in the Insulation industry for the best part of 30 years and have been involved with most forms of Thermal acoustic and cryogenic insulation and believe I am competent at most disciplines. 95 per cent of all insulation requires a protective covering this in most cases is done in various types of sheet metal. All of which has to be made prior to fitting either on site or in a sheet metal work shop, this I also believe I am competent at. I like to think I am a person who likes a challenge and has a good understanding of the industry and the materials and specifications used in it.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
My present employer is Interserve Industrial Services.
I am presently working at Ineos chlor at Runcorn in Cheshire the project consists of three industrial boilers for Alstom international and associated pipe work and vessels and I am currently employed as a Thermal Insulation Engineer, my duties are applying various forms of insulation and fabricating and applying sheet metal.

C&D site services. June 2004-May2005
Insulation Engineer working at Connahs Quay power station Flintshire north Wales. L.N.G Isle of Grain Kent Liquid gas storage facility, I have been with this company since June 04 on different sites. My duties are applying insulation fabricating and applying sheet metal cladding on such parts of the plant that require repairing.

Interserve Site Services.

Working at BP Saltend Humberside on the DS2 shut down started on the 19 04 2004 Finished on 14 05 2004.Removeing Existing Cladding and Insulation for mechanical repairs and replacing with new materials.

Nevron Eurotherm, Site services. Site Manager.
Applying Acoustic Insulation on a secondary Air system on a new plant in Widnes on Merseyside, my duties include organizing the labour and materials liaising with the client A.B.B. and bringing the project to a satisfactory conclusion.

T.I.E Deborah site services.
Working at Corryton BP Refinery & Torness nuclear power station from Feb. 2003 up to June2003 then BP Salt end Humberside till Dec, 2003.My duties included the application of various forms of insulation and fabricating and applying sheet metal cladding.

T.I.E. Hertel. Site services. Working at Didcot A & b power stations & B.M.S Dublin Ireland a new pharmaceutical plant from Aug 2002 -Feb, 2003 my duties where in the main as stated above.

Traveling the country Applying Cryogenic insulation and various forms of metal cladding on cold stores and large fridges with a team of men. This position also required me to organize the sites on a daily basis ordering materials liaising with clients and basically making shore the contract ended successfully.

1994-May1997.
Traveling the country applying various specifications to various industrial sites including breweries chemical plants industrial furnaces with a team of men. This position was very similar to the one I had with Andrews's services and had virtually the same duties.
