Diverse career in the oil and gas industry early in life. He worked diligently to develop his skills over the years. Mr. Mitchell was a graduate of Petroleum Technology at SAIT in 1982 and Business Administration in 1985. Mr. Mitchell has an extensive background in Drilling Fluids Engineering, Work-over and Completions of oil and gas wells. He moved forward with extensive experience in Drilling & Completion Fluid Technology and broadly diversified his experience in the Coil Tubing, Well-testing and the production and completion sector of the oil and gas industry.

29 years oil and gas industry experience and has worked in both Canada and U.S domestic markets and international markets, most recently in Russia, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Libya. He was General and Sales Manager of Mitchell Tool Company, which was later sold by the investors. Mitchell Tool designed and patented specialized coiled tubing wellheads and tools for the industry. Today National Oilwell markets these products to the North American and International oil and gas industry. As General Manager for the Serval Corporation, he assisted in the development & managing of the Coil Tubing, Acid and Nitrogen division for 3 years. Mr. Mitchell's diverse background gives him the management and leadership skills necessary to construct a strong effective management and operations team. As well, Mr. Mitchell's extensive network of contacts in the oil and gas and its associated services industries, both in Canada and internationally, allows him access to a large number of potential customers and suppliers, which is a distinct competitive advantage for any company.

OIL FIELD EXPERIENCE:
2005-November 2008:
Business Developement for NT&S Energy, establishing a start up in Libya. Accessed the market, wrote the business plan and executed it fully. Instrumental in the sell of 60% of this venture to MI SWACO

2003-2005:
Western Energy Services Corp., senior management, I assisted in developing a successful service company, i.e. Coil tubing, Nitrogen, drilling fluids, rental of down hole equipment. Recently sold his interest in this company, to seek international opportunities. Moved the company from 0 sales to $1.4million per month in under 14 months. Annual revenues of $15-20 million. Taking this company to the Toronto Venture Exchange

2001-2003(July): Baker Hughes Inteq

Specialized in coordinating projects in Kazakhstan, Russia and Libya. Full responsibility to coordinate 18 drilling fluid engineers, as well as the constructing of a 4000bbl. Brine plant facility and a 14,000bbl liquid mud planet. Other responsibilities included feasibility studies through Russia. Helped in implementing HS&E for the field project. Spent 2 years involved in Libya as coordinator.

1999 – 2001: R.H. AL – MARRI EST. OIL FIELD DIVISION

Project Manager/Consultant/Business Development(Contract Position): Responsible for the managing of the Oil Field Service Division on a consulting basis, including overseeing day to day operations of the Sales and Marketing and the Recruitment of quality personnel. Preparing of bid documents, technical back up for field and our clients. Responsible also for joint venture opportunities to enhance the business opportunities for the company. Sales and marketing of new businesses, rental of premix mud systems and roller reamers and well-testing products. Was successful in bringing ten companies to represent through this firm.

1997 - July 1999: Serval Corporation

I was responsible as General Manager for the coil tubing division. My duties included day to day operations, budgets and managing and recruiting all the people within the division. I was also responsible for business development bringing together new technology for the company. This included the introduction of the Ram Rig concept out of Norway.

1994 –May 1997: Mitchell Tool Company

Sales Manager, responsible for the marketing and recruitment of profession staff for the company through out all of North America, overseeing the operations of the field and corporate office. Helped design and patent coiled tubing tools for the industry. Input on new designs for coiled tubing wellhead systems and coiled tubing related products. Wrote the safety manual and ISO program for the company.

1982 –1994: Mud Master Drilling Fluids

Drilling Fluids Engineer, responsible for programming of wells, sales also responsible for the day to day operations of the drilling fluids and inventory control etc. Maintaining of the solids control equipment on location.

Technical Engineer for various oil companies and service companies. While taking one year of business administration course. Consulting for one year mainly for Mud Master Drilling Fluids.
