Prepared material withdrawal tickets, verified material complied with applicable codes, standards and plant procedures. This included ensuring that packages were constructable, parts verification and in compliance with applicable codes, specifications and procedures. Packages, including weld documents were assembled and applicable tests (hydro, inservice leak or pneumatic) completed per instructions (ASME SECT. XI and ANSI B31.1). These test included valve lineups, test pressures, hold time and gauge locations.

Assigned as the Responsible Project Manager for the replacement of two feedwater heaters (31/2 million). This included detail estimated of project and setting budget. Monitoring budget details, design specifications, ensured all parts were correct and on hand and for the installation and test instructions via EMPAC. The 'I&T,' installation and test instructions, encompassed complete detailed instructions for the feedwater heaters, associated piping, valves, instrumentation and electrical removal, repair, modifications or replacement. The 'I&T' also included complete test instructions for the new feedwater heaters and associated piping. Conducted weekly safety meeting, managed the financial aspect of the project, monitored and controlled construction, insured project was on schedule and within budget. I interfaced with customer, chaired weekly project meeting.
