PDMS drafting and piping for EDC Cheng Dao XI Field, Carina & Aries front end design, Williams Canyon Station, Matterhorn SeaStar TLP topsides and Anadarko Tarantula platform. Setup, administered and automated all PDMS efforts for all projects and all disciplines. Maintained ISODraft administration and customization. Drafting man-hours for all design discipline groups are greatly reduced by automating Draft, Design and ISODraft models of PDMS program using PML II programming languages. Additional duties included doing piping design, pipe support, equipment modeling, and Isometrics. Trained and provided technical support for PDMS Draft, Design and ISODraft models for piping, structural and electrical groups. Created innovative export routine that automatically converts PDMS Draft drawings into fully functional AutoCAD drawings. Created automatic Draft drawing production of pipe support details directly from the PDMS Design model with piece mark tracking, BOM, fully detailed dimensions and multiple orthographic views. This automated pipe support drawing program aloud the structural group to produce hundreds and hundreds of detail pipe support drawings and its revision with automatic piece mark and BOM tracking in minutes verse hours. Created PDMS draft and design standards, procedures and documentations to increase productivity.
