MAINTENANCE: Repairing glass, furan, fiberglass and karbate tanks, karbate, steal and stainless heat exchanger repair, complete diaphragm, vacuum, centrifugal and positive displacement pump repair, 1/2-125hp single and three phase motor replacement and repair, reliance and multi-drive replacement and repair, electrical wiring up to 440 volts, lighten and faudler agitator drives, hydraulic and electric center-fugues, hydraulic wax presses, heat treat furnaces, casting furnaces, conveyer systems, electric hoists, cutting and rolling glass for sight glasses, lined, black iron, stainless, PVC and SPYC plumbing & pipe fitting, replacement and repair of auto and manual valves, fabrication welding mig, tig, stick from blue prints, working on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, high & low pressure water & steam systems, operations and repair of co-generation, boiler and wastewater systems, assembling, disassembling, aligning and installing equipment, all phase's of paper machine equipment repair, lathes, mills, forklifts, scissor lifts, water blasters and assorted shop tools and complete preventive facility maintenance in a team atmosphere.
Skilled working with most PC applications, including most Microsoft programs (Excel, Word).
Familiar with hardware / software of PC' s and laptops.
PRODUCTION: chrome plating, chrome and satin polishing, sand and water blasting, chemical and leather processing operations, mills, lathes and drill presses, and the use of fork, scissor, boom lifts, driving semi and stake bed trucks.
