Safe Pre-commissioning, commissioning and test run of BAPCO Bahrain owned refinery (LSDP) project containing HCU, SRU, TGTU, ARU and Hydrogen unit.

ƒÞ Safe Startup of the plant.
ƒÞ Job profile includes all the precommissioning activities like PSSR, Leak test, Hydrotest of equipments, Instrument loopchecks and commissioning activities like Preparation of equipment/ unit/plant for startup including water run and test/reliabitity run with the cordination of the construction and erection companies like M/S Toyo Engineering, M/S Foxboro M/S. Betz etc.
ƒÞ Plant consist of Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG), polyester grade,unit having capacity of @ 14-16 kg/sec. as a main product, DEG and Ethylene Oxide for captive consumption product and Polyglycols as side product. An UCC, (now Dow Chem) technology.
ƒÞ Plant Utilities consist of BAC manufactured evaporative coolers and its' related treatment like Betz, supplied Steam, Nitrogen, Oxygen and wastewater management, latest Fire fighting systems etc.
ƒÞ Product storage facility and its' operation.
ƒÞ Training of the locals for safe operation through ATR, classroom, and on the job (practicals) training.
ƒÞ Updating the Process Operating Procedures with consultation with Tech. Staff.
ƒÞ Re writing of manuals and updating drawings to make it easy to understand and Operator friendly.

ƒÞ Routine Plant Operation includes field and board operation of various units of plant consists of Distillation columns, compressors, pumps, turbines etc. Routine work inclusive of Shutdowns, Startups, handing over/takingover of equipments/unit/plant.
ƒÞ Plant consist of Ethylene Oxide, Ethylene Glycols (Mono and Di), Poly Ethylene Glycols of various grades, an Shell process, and Air seperation Plant, M/S. Linde process, for Oxygen and Nitrogen requirement, Utilities like Instrument Air, Cooling Tower (Paharpur Make) De-minaralised water, Raw water, Filtered (Potable) water and most modern Biochemically treated Effluent Treatment Plant.
ƒÞ Well versed with the product sampling, storage and distribution activities followed by the company.
ƒÞ Job profile includes about 4 years as trainer for the plant.
ƒÞ Nature of work includs making/updating of Operating Manuals and conducting training and refresher courses for company/ government appointed trainees and operators too, under the guidence of training officer in-charge.
ƒÞ Communicating with other departments like maintenance, instruments, fire, HSE etc., and scheduling training/refresher courses for employees.
ƒÞ Satisfying all the needs of the trainees as far as operation is concerned and keeping their knowledge up to date by applying modern training methodologies.
