Exercises significant initiative and judgment while planning, organizing, and coordinating Quality related matters, provides technical advice, support, and direction within Quality area of expertise, devises work methods from DOW specifications in accordance with industry and sound engineering practice, develops strategies for engaging EPC contractor in collaborative work behaviors while maintaining Quality vigilance of Contractor's work.

Responsibilities as Engineer ¡V Quality Assurance (Lead Auditor)

o Review of Isometric drawings / P&ID's / GA's.
o Review EPC Contractors and subcontractors Project Quality Plan as per Code / Specification requirements.
o Review / Approve Contractor's Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) as required for construction activities and project specifications.
o Prepare Project Quality Audit Schedule; conduct Project Quality Audits on EPC Contractors and PMC internal departments.
o Monitor the implementation of quality management system in project execution o Supervise the work of the Quality engineers and field inspectors to ensure effective planning, execution and coordination of all Quality activities.
o Inspect the EPC Contractor and subcontractors Piping, Above ground storage tanks, Offshore piping and Vessels internal installation activities (welding, NDE, PWHT, hardness, PMI, Hydrostatic test, painting, Hot and Cold Insulation, Tank painting and lining, mechanical completion package approval)
o Final certification of work packages. (Piping systems, equipment erection, structures and field erected tanks).
o Quality Surveillance inspection on Contractor's project execution during different phases of execution.
o Ensure verification of inspection performance by: conducting regular inspections, verification of corrective actions, verification of 3rd party NDE subcontractor's performance, review of inspection records and welding records.
o Maintains non conformance report register and ensures timely close-out.
o Review of Contractor's quality dossier.
o Review and approve RFIs and Material and data submittals.
o Support field engineering quality matters.
o Inspection of raw materials correlated with Test Certificates.
o Review/approve hydrostatic test package and witness hydrostatic test.
o Review of welding and NDE status, weekly and monthly reports.
o Familiar with the procedure for Mechanical completion and system handover.

1. Select 'Industries', 'Categories', 'Education', and 'Experience' fields. Click 'Search' and look through results.
2. Enter one or two of the most important keywords. Click 'Search' and look through results.
3. To search within results add more keywords.

How can I find resumes that contain specific exact phrase?
To search for an exact phrase, just put quotation marks around two or more words, for example "mining engineer". Use this feature to narrow your results or to find words that can be typed differently, for example AutoCAD "Auto CAD".
