„À Prepare WPSs &PQRs &WPQRs and Coordinate with testing agencies for PQRs required tests.
„À Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
„À Interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
„À Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications.
„À Conduct job, painting and materials welding inspections for daily activities.
„À Plan and conduct Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor activities.
„À Input data related to weld inspection.
„À Coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports including RT films Review.
„À Act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external and ASME Audits.
„À Supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities till completion and handed over the job to the client

Responsibilities:
„« Preparation of ITP's (Inspection Test Plans), WPS's, Qualification and Certification of welding procedure (PQR's) & welders, welding inspection and verification of welding consumables control.
„« Control of all site related QC activities and Control of Various stage inspection (e.g. dimensional checking, fit-up, welding etc.) and record / observations of the respective reports.
„« Interpretation of Radiographic films, witnessing Non-destructive testing such as Ultrasonic, magnetic particle & liquid penetrate examinations.
„« Witnessing hydrostatic test & pneumatic test.
