PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Currently I am working as a Operations Engineer in Indian Oiltanking, Navghar Terminal-Mumbai. Presently working as a jetty – officer in BPC-IOC jetty operated by Indian oiltanking Ltd.

* Berthing of vessels by coordinating with pilots, carrying out conferencing(Ship/shore safety checks) with vessels before loading and settling documents after completion of operation.

* Handling control room activities, DCS system, directing all the Engineers with their work and documentation

* Coordinating with S & D to achieve maximum throughput for the terminal.

* Commissioning of new pipelines in existing tank-farm.

* Truck Loading operation & pipe line transfer for HSD and MS.
* Tank Wagon decanting operation Rail Wagon and loading F.O., Naphtha in Rail Wagon.
* Pigging operation as per requirement of customer.

* Worked as International Operations Management Trainee in OIL TANKING SINGAPORE from September-06 to August-07.

Terminal overview:
Oil tanking is second largest independent storage terminal for chemicals, petroleum products and gases and operating in 17 countries worldwide. Oil tanking Singapore has storage capacity of over 1.5 million cbm and has 11 jetties owned and operated by them.

Responsibilities:
* Handling control room activities, DCS system, directing all the technicians with their work and documentation

* Coordinating with logistics to achieve maximum throughput for the terminal.

* Berthing of vessels by coordinating with pilots, carrying out conferencing with vessels before loading and settling documents after completion of operation.

* Tank Wagon decanting operation i.e receiving Naphtha from IOCL-Refinery through Rail Wagon and decanting it in our floating roof tanks.
* Pipe line transfer operation to GPEC(650 MW Power Plant Unit)
* Operation of Decanting & transfer pumps.
* Co ordination with IOCL Refinery & GPEC for Decanting & PLT operation.
* Maintenance of pumps, valves and all fire fighting equipments.
* Maintenance of cathodic protection system for the entire 7 km long cross-country pipelines upto GPEC.
* Responsible in managing Receipt/Dispatch of products by railway wagons, other tank farms simultaneously in stipulated time on priority basis.
* Handling control room activities, stock accounting.
* Actively participate in HSSE meetings, action the asset HSSE plan, attend mandatory HSSE courses and take effective actions to control emergencies.
* In logistics was responsible for proper planning of receipt and dispatch of product railway wagons. Co-coordinating with customers and giving feedback to them so as to achieve good relations and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

* B. E. in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Eng. College, Bilaspur(C.G.) from 1996 to 2000 securing 70% marks.
* Completed One-year computer Diploma course at Wintech Comp Education, South Ext, and Delhi.
* Completed 10+2 with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as Major Subjects securing 70% marks from Bharat Mata H. S. School, Bilaspur (C. G.)
