Project Description: Jackets, Piles & Topsides Transportation & Installation

Position: Material Coordinator – From August 2004 till date
Job Profile:

* Receives, counts, stores, and issues supplies, materials and/or equipment and compiles records of supply transactions
* Records quantity and location of material, supplies, or equipment received, transported, used, or issued to workers or contractors.
* Compares inventory records with orders, Delivery notes, and requisitions to verify accuracy and receipt of items.
* Compiles, reviews, and maintains data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to determine supply needs.

* Determines method of storage, identification, and stock location based on the type of material, environmental factors, and physical capacity of facility.
* Co ordinate the riggers to load and deliver materials and equipments to the barges, by supply vessels as per the requirements.
* Verifies computations against physical count of stock, adjusts for errors, or investigates discrepancies.
* Prepares documents and periodic reports, such as inventory balance material receipt and shortages.
* Prepares Purchase Requisitions to purchase new or additional stock, as per required by the barge/technicians.
* Confers with operations and purchasing personnel & QA/QC department regarding the necessary certifications.
* Examines and inspects the proper storage of stock and spares.
* Ensures that the storage areas are arranged and organized in compliance to safety regulations.
* Coordinates with QA/QC supervisors for conducting the annual audits.
* Works assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
* Assign and perform routine jobs complying with all safety rules and policies of the company & the client.
* Prepares Purchase requests for our offshore barges, ongoing project and for our base stock.

b) Organization: SAIPEM SpA, SHARJAH, UAE (Head Office: Milano, Italy)
(Saipem Sharjah branch is an international logistic/drilling base for Saipem, providing repair, procurement & Logistics of all kinds of Drilling Equipments and materials for Saipem worldwide projects, Rigs and Barges)

Position: Store Keeper – From December 2000 – Jan 2004

* Verify the Spare Parts & consumables from the suppliers according to the Purchase request & purchase order for Workshop & other ongoing overseas Projects.
* Issuing Materials (Spare Parts for different kinds of Engine, Earthmoving Equipment's, Electrical / Plumbing materials, Drilling Equipment spare parts etc.) to the maintenance workshop.
* Provided the packing manifest to Logistic department for overseas materials after packing.
* Verify the availability of Stock materials in the Database, issue of tools & materials to the technicians and update of stock in the Database using SIPS/AMOS program.
* Preparing of Forward list of equipment's, materials to different projects and for local repairing.
* Prepare the warehouse report on the basis of equipment/other material return from different projects.
* Prepare the material issue voucher and records, list of daily receiving materials from different suppliers and other routine jobs.
* Preparing of Purchase requests of materials and services for various projects and also for workshop in the system using the program SAP.

Job Profile:

* Issue, Receipt and maintenance of the Transactions of Various tools and Equipment.
* Preparing of Forward list of equipment's, materials to different workshops and Maintenance base for repairing.
* Prepare the inventory of Drilling equipment's & Drilling tools such as various Pumps, Drill pipes, Drill Collars, Fishing tools, Handling tools, etc.
* Issuing Materials (Spare Parts for different kinds of Engines, Electrical / Plumbing materials, Drilling Equipment spare parts etc.) and consumables to the technicians.
* Verify the Spare Parts & consumables from the base & suppliers according to the Material request & purchase orders.
* Prepare the Material requests for materials as per the minimum and maximum stock level of the material.
* Updating the stock in the system according to the usage and reception of materials.
