I have dealt with various organisations both in the manufacturing as well as in the transactional business environments, and have a broad scope and experience of the application of Six Sigma as well as Lean to business processes optimization.
I have dealt with various team players from shop floor and operational environments up to Sr. Executive levels and knows what it requires to drive projects from both these perspectives in order to achieve the best outcome, as well as what risks to identify that may affect the project in a non productive manner.
