11. Good Knowledge in NDE (RT films interpretation, MT, PT, PMI & PWHT) and destructive testing like soundness face, root and side bend Test, Tensile, Macro, hardness and impact Testing, pitting corrosion test, ferrite scope test.
12. Familiar with various kinds of inspection tools, welding processes, weld joint geometry and welding symbols, metallurgy, weld discontinuities, and proper documentation governing inspection and welder qualification.
13. Ability to prepare Test Packages Records, Test blocking in the master copy of P&ID and highlight in isometric drawings
14. Ability to perform line check, prepare punch list records & punch clearing. Ability to do as built configuration of pipes, identify different types of valves, bolts, pipe supports and gaskets. Witness pressure testing (Pneumatic / Hydrostatic / service Test) and reinstatement or restoration.

Worked as Owner Representative and directly reporting to QA/QC Manager. Lump sum, turnkey supply and installation of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facilities for the Frade field in Brazil. The FPSO has storage capacity of 1.5 million barrels of oil. An internal turret will be installed, designed for a maximum of 33 risers. Topsides facilities will be comprise of oil processing system sized for 100,000 BOPD, a gas compression and treatment plant, and a water injection plant sized for 150,000 BWPD. FPSO hull particulars includes conversion for 18 years design life, internal turret mooring system, accommodation for 120 people, offloading capacity of approximately one million barrels of export quality crude to stern moored export tanker every 10 day at peak production, Ship overall dimension is 337m length by 54.5 m breadth by 28 m depth.

3. To search within results add more keywords.
How can I find resumes that contain specific exact phrase?
To search for an exact phrase, just put quotation marks around two or more words, for example "mining engineer". Use this feature to narrow your results or to find words that can be typed differently, for example AutoCAD "Auto CAD".
