* Performs as Cell Manager for the acquisition job assigned and delivering measurement services to meet Clients' requirements and Company standards.
* As cell Manager, over sees operation and manage cell equipments and assets worth over USD 3,000,000 (Three Million Dollars)
* Performs engineering programs and designs according to clients' request.
* Assists Clients in solving problems associated with the services provided.

Production Application / Well Test Specialist - Powerwell Services
* Routinely works in more than one type of well site and base camp as assigned by Service Coordinator.
* In addition to responsibilities as a Service Supervisor, acts also as the department's Mobile Business Unit Leader. Responsible for development and leadership of the Surface Test Equipment Team.. Manages processes to ensure job site execution as designed. Follows up job site performance with customer.
* Coordinates and oversees Surface Test Equipment PSL functions at the well site and base camp.
* Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer-related support activities.
* Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.
* Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines.
* Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
* Help train service operators in areas of expertise. Monitor instruments and perform necessary calculations to assure quality of data/job.
* Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and assures customer satisfaction with results.
* Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

* Design and develop maintenance schedules for equipments, purchase and consumption log sheets for fuel, diesel and all materials used for running the plant and recommend where necessary upgrades to plants and equipments or replacement of equipment.
* Ensure safety of facility, safe movement, storage and use of articles and chemical (applying approved paper works where necessary) without risk to employee's health and environment according to established environmental laws.
* Manage and supervise obtained data from field and continued maintenance of projected production level
* Manage customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain service performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the production facility.
