* Installation & Commissioning of o Process Field transmitters such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Depth, Torque, RPM, Conductivity, Density, Counters in Offshore and Onshore rigs.
o Data Acquisition Control (DAC) and Signal conditioning systems.
o Fixed gas Detection system like Zellweger Analytics (Honeywell), Detcon Inc USA and Pemtech, detecting H2S and combustible gases.
o Process monitoing system using touch screen monitor and RIGWATCH application software. Networking the setup for access process monitor in the main server and Client computers using FIBER OPTIC, CO AXIAL and CAT-5 communication.
o Paging system like Gaitronics in and around the work area.
o CCTV camera's like PELCO enabling total view of the work area in the Control rooms.
o Top Drive anti collision system using Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 PLC.
o Various Water Sprinkling systems and Smoke Detecting systems.
o Imaging and cloning of computers.
* Calibration & Testing of Field Instruments like Transmitter (Pneumatic & Electronic) Controller, Safety instruments (Pressure/Level Switches), Control Valves, Safety/ Shutdown Valve & Recorder.
