Technical and operational experience:

Watch keeping and logging duties on all relevant machinery on the installation witch includes the following equipment. Hp water injection pumps (Sulzer) 280 bar; power generation -Wartsila 6.3 mw power generator; Solar turbine power generators 4,6 mw X4;; Nuovo Pignone MP HP 265 bar and LP gas compressors; Seawater Lift Pump responsible for the cooling of installations equipment ; Boiler gas/diesel 8 bar; H-vacs; Ingersoll-rand air compressor.
Monitoring and operating of engine room equipment that comprises of the following; Daihatsu 800 kw X3; Boiler 16K 45 000 kg/h; freshwater generators 35 m3 per day; Reverse osmosis unit; H-vacs; Tanabe compressors 25 kgf/cm2, 175 m3/h; Alfa Laval Purifiers; Various pumps, filters and strainers.
Fabricate spool pieces, pipe fittings and fittings.

Overhauling fire and general service pump (centrifugal)
Overhauling reverse osmosis unit piston pump and repair all piping remove and replace 20"spool in pump room
Disconnection off riser spools and blanking
Preparation for vessel disconnection from field and tow in
Assisting divers and modifying transponders and transducers brackets and riser clamps
Machining off bushes and fittings for repairs.
Hydraulic testing and servicing off riser winch
Making up test spools for measuring flow rates
Repair leaking spool pieces
Changing of Solar turbine intake filters
Installing alternative water cooling for Wartsila after shut down
Repair solar turbine generators roofs after severe corrosion
Replacing and repairing off non return valves
Manufacture and weld spool pieces as required
Decommissioning of installation and disconnecting of risers and umbilicals;
Service life raft davit winch and overhaul brake system.
Repair corroded air and cooling pipes on Ingersoll-Rand 10bar instrument air compressors.
Operate the Oily water separator 15ppm.
The removal of spool pieces and blanking of vessels.
