PROFILE
I'm applying for a drillers position looking to advance to a tool pusher position, I've been in oil industry for 27 years. I have been drilling for the past 7 years,6 has been with a top drive, have experience with Tesco & Varco electric & hydraulic top drive units,have directional experience with "s" wells & a little horizontal. I have 15 years working derricks, 6 years working on work over rigs & 1 year on geothermal wells and a little cyber experience. I'm looking to broaden my experience over seas or off shore. I'm a good teacher & a quick learner. Replaced cooling fans, well experienced at putting generators & S.C.R.'s on and off line, adjusting motor speed & voltage.
Top Drives:
Tesco; TDS-500 & hydraulic systems, Varco HPT-500.
Repaired & replaced, hydraulic hoses, electrical power cord & switches, hydraulic pressure control valves, hydraulic actuator & double ball valves, torque bushing inserts, rigged up & down top drive track, completely broke down top drive & swivel for load path tests & rig moves.
B.O.P. Systems:
Shaffer, Cameron, Hydrill & rotating heads.
Repaired & replaced, rotating head rubbers, door gaskets, mud seals, rams, ram rubbers, ring gaskets & annular elements, performed all duties of nippling up B.O.P. stack &
Testing B.O.P's up to 10,000 p.s.i., have changed out choke manifold valves.
Accumulator Systems:
Hydrill & Koomey.
Repaired & replaced, Air pumps, Hydraulic pumps, Accumulator bottles & control valves, isolated bottles, bleed off pressure & shut in accumulator nippling down &
moving rig.
Derricks:
Pyramid, Draco, L.C.M., Ideal, Ideco.
Dismantled and assembled for basic rig moves.
Skid Systems:
Worked around a hydraulic skid system with skid rails for the last 3 years.
Others:
Drilled on 2500 Failing & 600 Franks, workover rigs, Franks, Hoppers, Coopers,
Ideco & Brewsters.
ACHIEVEMENT
IADC Well Control Training & certified. First Aid & CPR training & certified. Fork lift training & certified. Have worked around H2S wells,H2S card is expired. Have trained several Employees of operating procedures of Top Drive units & drawwork & working derricks and have cyber experience. Very good at following all safety procedures & company policy's. Very good instructor & have a very good safety record.
