-Planned, managed and directed assigned Well Services personnel, equipment and resources (4 fracturing crews operating 7 days a week) to provide stimulation services with the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism.
-Maintained client contact to ensure clients requests are fulfilled in a safe and timely manner.
-Supervised development and training of personnel reporting to me (35 direct reports).
-Ensured all Company, Client and Regulatory Standards, Policies and Operating Procedures are understood, complied with and updated.

Significant Achievements:
-Managed significant business growth when Schlumberger won Occidental of Elk Hills (OXY) contract. Stimulation department revenue was increased from an average of $400K per month before March 2008 up to $3 MM in August 2008.
-Was in charge of successful application of the new fluid stabilizer designed to overcome technical challenges associated with pumping fracturing fluids mixed with produced water. In 2008 a total of 80 jobs were pumped using produced water instead of potassium chloride brine saving over $1 MM to the client; Schlumberger revenue from these jobs was in excess of $7 MM. SPE Paper "Well Treatment Fluids Prepared With Oilfield Produced Water" will be presented at the 2009 SPE Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

-Assisted Field Service Manager located in Cleburne, TX in managing and directing stimulation department personnel and equipment (1 high rate fracturing crew, 21 direct reports).
-Procured equipment, people, supplies and chemicals to perform scheduled treatments for Devon Energy according to Company standards.
-Prepared job packets and audited field tickets for every treatment performed.

- i-District™ Champion. Successfully achieved the implementation of a new electronic logistics and resource management system (i-District™) in Laredo,TX which led to more efficient workflow in all departments. Developed implementation plan, trained personnel and administered the system.
-Satellite Champion. Was in charge of a new satellite system rollout (i-Site™) for real time job data transfer (Interact™) from well site to clients office. Troubleshot issues, worked in close communication with i-Site™ Global Support and trained personnel. The result was increased Interact sales.
-WellBook™ Champion. Successfully introduced a new design and proposal software (WellBook™) which resulted in the improved design phase workflow and more standardized and consistent client proposals.
-Suggested and implemented satellite phone replacement with AT&T cellular phones in all treatment control units which saved the district several thousand dollars per month in phone bills
