Objective: Foreman of Heavy Duty Mechanic Shop or Crew
To maintain and oversee a fleet of Heavy Duty Trucks.

Abilities:
- Organize Production of Manufacturing of Service Rigs
- Organize Preventative Maintenance; required services for each vehicle.
- Dedicate all available resources to maintain fleet readiness.
- Oversee and audit needs of the Parts Room; place orders when necessary.

- Organize and estimate on-going repairs to vehicles based on the VCR'S and PM'S.
- Long term planning of Commercial Vehicle Inspections and required scheduling.
- Maintain and update availability of fleet units and report to Dispatch.
- Maintain Inventory Control for Parts Room and Shop floor, inputting and tracking of inventory.
- Oversee shift of mechanics and delegated work assignments on daily basis.
- Oversee shift readiness and maintain productivity of work schedule.
