Extensive computer skills in estimating, invoicing and digital takeoff software, Can read and understand engineering blue prints, Capable of hand drawn minor shop drawings. Accomplishments
Jan. 2008 First Street Center Project in Ft Myers Florida: Removed a 37,000 square foot 4" Precast Gypsum deck " Had to cut out 3'x 3' section at a time all by hand very hard" raised I-beam structure elevation by 2'~9 Erected a new bar joist system on the newly raised I-beam frame. Installed 37,000 square foot of 18G 24' by 3' corrugated metal decking over bar joist "very heavy". This was an especially hard project the 2nd floor had window every 2' from the floor to the elevation of old ceiling. I covered the windows with plywood but still managed to break 2 out of 200+ also the building was located in downtown Ft Myers with overhead power lines on 3 sides of the building There was no access for a crane all structural steel erection was done using a manual hand lift genie and 18 very skilled men.

2006 * Collier County Bus Terminal: Lead a 4 man crew in the removal of 11 roll-up doors and replaced with commercial 24' wide 16' tall custom roll-up doors. Designed and created shop drawings that where approved by engineering firm on first submittal. Added (44) steel purlins, (22) 3'round 4'deep concrete footers (11) 24' 12" x 38lb I-beam door headers. The installation of the custom automatic push button roll-up doors was a difficult Task due to the weight, length and how fragile the material that was used to make the doors. (White coated 24gage corrugated sheet metal Very easy to crease)

1991 * Began working as a Welder/Ironworker on the new Nucor Yamato Steel Plant in Blytheville, AR. Worked for 5 years and attained the rank of lead Ironworker in less than two, Supervised two 6 -8 men crews. No injuries and only 5 layoffs within my crews, in the 3 years 4 month I held this position. Finished project by deadline given.
