* Set-up interim washing mechanism, plant drainage and storage systems in accordance with ISGOTT and MOC/ HSE procedures to prepare for de-mucking of mercury/ benzene laden sludge tank inventories and control of SRBs
* Assessed status-quo, addressed system flaws, and provided COW modification plan in live plant environment. Conceptualised potential modifications and operational parameters utilising much of existing infrastructure to keep cost low. Coordinated its feasibility study through WorleyParsons and presented to Senior Management for an estimated 0.8 MM CAPEX project

* Defined and implemented the Repair & Return programme, managed vendor site-service callouts for repairs to topsides and subsea equipment and directed critical spares optimisation studies based on RCM
* Planned, written procedures and managed planned and unplanned turnarounds, interventions/ work-overs
* Organised Asset Integrity training for field personnel and beach engineering support; as well as regular on-the-job mentoring of Indonesian nationals

Wrote technical scopes of work, specified material and manpower requirements, logistics, and cost estimates.
