Seeking a challenging position as a diesel technician and/or service technician in the Oil Field Services industry or other industries that require my technical and mechanical skills. To obtain more knowledge and room for advancement in this field, while working with a team that will continue to challenge my skills as a technician and problem solver.

Very capable repair Technician with solid experience in performing expert work, repairs, maintenance, service and adjustments on fleets of industrial equipment comprised Generator Engines, Electric & Diesel Welders, Wire Feeders, Compressors, and Diesel Engines. Examine and detect issues with diesel, gas and electric equipment, parts and systems to conduct and complete necessary repairs. I possess a strong work ethic and winning attitude.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Pasadena Tank Corporation, Pasadena, TX March 2009 to August 2009
Responsible for fulfilling field service duties such as repairing welders, generators, and construction equipment. Duties included driving out to refineries with parts and tools to repair and do routine preventative maintenance. Filled out and completed records of each repair and logged them into company records to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment. As the only field service technician the record keeping process was solely my responsibility.

Red-D-Arc - Diesel Technician, Houston, TX August 2008 to March 2009
Responsible for smooth operation of diesel welders and generators; duties included making sure all units were running at optimum level, record keeping, troubleshooting problems, and making adjustments and repairs as needed. Also served in on-call duties once to twice a month.

Mustang CAT – Diesel Technician, Houston, TX September 2007 to August 2008
Responsible for repairing and overhaul of diesel engines and generators that provide electricity for buildings, refineries, and oil rigs. Duties included tear down of engines, replacing necessary parts, cleaning and rebuilding of engine, then testing of engine on dyno to make sure engine is running at maximum operational level.

Naval Reserves – Construction Mechanic March 2007 to March 2009
Responsible for the up keep of all construction equipment in unit. Duties included repair and serve of equipment, and routine reports on unit's repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance.
