Qualifications I have a wealth of management, sales, and hands on experience working with individuals, in situations that are not always favorable. Currently, I am working for myself at Precision Strength Training generating all sales of memberships, personal training packages, supplements, and retail. Most recently, I worked for Eberl's Claims services and directly for State Farm. State Farm has very rigorous requirements, standards, and expectations, and I was able to successfully complete all assigned claims, within those standards. Formerly, I worked in the oil and gas industry as a lead tester monitoring different flow back levels, and keeping accurate records to enable the wells to achieve their full potential, and create as much profit as possible, for all parties involved. As a lead tester, I managed several aspects of the operation including several different sub-contractors and coordinated many diverse positions and employees so that everything operated smoothly and effectively. I have worked for Citizens Catastrophe Team in Florida, and worked with hundreds of customers that were not always extremely willing to cooperate in a friendly manner. Therefore I consider my customer service abilities to be finely tuned, and very developed, under diverse and unfavorable circumstances. In fact, I have conducted training seminars training others in different customer service departments. In working at Home Depot for numerous years, I learned a lot about construction, and have experience hands on with in construction, and as an adjuster, I rely heavily on my knowledge of building products and construction materials.

I consider myself well trained in many diverse areas, and believe I can put my managerial and customer service abilities to work alongside my insurance adjusting experience, to work in a very beneficial way to any company or corporation, as a valuable asset and employee.
