Professional Summary I have worked in heavy engineering in oil, gas, petrochemical and power, both on and offshore for 20 years.
My working experience has covered, costing, hire of machinery, employment of tradesmen, and project planning including job card and work pack assessment. Computer and written project reports, man management of up to 1500 men, (which includes projects with multi national foreign labour). ISO standards and implementing procedure, safety, training, permit to work scheme and inspection. Targets adhered to, risk assessment, method statement, crane lifting plans, fabrication, steel erection, installation of pipes, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, motors, fin fans, turbines, generators, rotor, stator, columns, machinery, construction of Modules (PAU), topsides, jackets, power stations, refineries, gas plants, heavy lift rigging of up to 2,700 tonne (onshore) & Larger offshore. Scaffolding (tube and fitting, cup lock and easy fix). Supervision of work boats, construction barges and lifting barges. Multi axle trailers, heavy transportation. Project & responsibilities liaise and manage sub-contractors KBR & JBN and review all there lifting plans, rigging studies and risk assessments and method statements. Oversee heavy lifting company, ALE and execute all heavy lifts (2 x Reactors @ 2400ton). And 60 other lifts and Jacking and Skidding. Oversee the 108 SPMT for equipment movement
Inspection of crane and lifting equipment test certificates and operators competency certificates.

Oversee heavy lifting company, Sarens and execute all heavy lifts. Inspection of crane and lifting equipment test certificates and operators competency certificates. Advise on all technical issues relating to pre-lift work such as bases, temp access roads for the large PC9600 and CC4000 cranes. Also run lifting dept with 80+ cranes 350 riggers and a team of draughtsman and engineers. Along with overseeing the build and installation of modules of Air Fan Coolers (AFC)

We executed lifts up-to 600 ton and also jacking and skidding off loads up-to 1,000 ton.
