Responsible for condition reports, inspection, redesign, tendering, specifications and contract implementation for modernization and improvement of Corporation properties.
- Coordinate contractor activities.
- Chair Progress and site meetings.
- Prepare monthly claims and determine payments.
- Negotiate hold backs and deficiencies.
- Insure Contractor and Tenant safety issues are addressed and adhered to.
- Create Estimates for future projects and change orders.

Project Coordinator/Inspector
- Coordinated all construction activities for a five lane concrete road system through a downtown corridor including relocation of public utilities (gas, electrical, fiberoptics, telephone and water mains).
- Supervised and inspected all work while documenting over 140 separate items.
- Issued daily and weekly reports as well as preparing monthly pay estimates for city council approval.
- Monitored the installation of new sanitary, storm sewer and longitudinal subdrain plus the construction of all manholes.
- Made detailed drawings for removals and placement of new concrete roads, drives and walks.
- Tested all concrete for compliance to D.O.T. specifications including the casting of beams.
- Inspected grade, concrete paver and placement of reinforcing steel prior to all pours, in addition to the layout and cutting of the new slabs.
- Insured proper installation for traffic control devices such as pole bases, hand holes, detector loops and controller cabinet bases.

- Responsible for the inspection of all aspects of civil and survey activities in the construction of aerial coolers, control rooms, high pressure gas compression stations and mainline piping.

- Authored daily technical reports and participated in progress meetings.
- Supervised the sampling, inspection and testing of construction materials.
- Created survey as-built drawings including shooting elevations.
- Monitored blow count and tolerances to driven piling including batter piles and the installation of specially designed piling with rock anchors.
- Directed site contouring and final grades.
- Approved the extra work and amendments to construction drawings.
- Directed final clean up including drainage and environmental procedures.
