EXPERIENCE: I have experience in the following related areas; Mineral Title Abstracts, Crew Supervision (5), Surface Title Abstracts, Oil & Gas Lease acquisition, Right of Way, Due Diligence, Title Plant Management, Title closings. Working in Ardmore, Oklahoma field office. Started in title/ ownership reports, then promoted to Project Director over leasing on 75,000 acre "Wildcat" prospect in Southeastern Oklahoma. Duties include all facets of leasing in area that has had no activity in 25-30 years. Some of the duties include database creation and management (MS Access), Due Diligence, Mapping, weekly & monthly reports (MS Excel).

Duties included Mineral and surface take-offs, lease checks, ownership reports and then later promoted to leasing of Restricted Native American Indians in McIntosh County and Okfuskee County, Oklahoma.

Daily duties included several 45-year abstracts of title in 3 counties, including verification of chain of title (surface & mineral when applicable), court judgment record, pending cases, liens, loans, plats & surveys, easements, restrictions, real estate taxes, and assessor's records, identifying and obtaining pertinent copies and completing a report/summary for each search. Examining title for potential issues, presenting a solution for them and correction follow though. Handled recordings & verification thereof.

Daily duties included several 45-year abstracts of title in 3 counties, including verification of chain of title (surface & mineral when applicable), court judgment record, pending cases, liens, loans, plats & surveys, easements, restrictions, real estate taxes, and assessor's records, identifying and obtaining pertinent copies and completing a report/summary for each search. I managed their Christian County Plant for 6 months, which uses Docutrack software. I also, occasionally, assisted in management of their Greene County Title Plant which uses Iris Software. I also examined title for exceptions and requirements & later verified the satisfaction thereof. Also performed witness only closings at the customers home, office, etc.
