The work I carried out in the various Departments of Cultivos Marinos Internacionales S.A., (the World Largest Cultivated Sea Scallop Company), consisted of supervising and managing a workforce of over hundred and fifty people including engineers, technicians, pro divers and staff doing the activities at the ocean and inland. I have experience usually working hard and long hours, in very demanding and competitive environments, being away from home for extended periods of time.
Skills:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Different software, including Microsoft Office, MS DOS, Data Base, Programming Languages, Logical Analysis.
- Large experience supervising outdoors jobs, fishing fleet, large workforces, negotiations with workers unions, etc
- Basic knowledge related to maintenance and operation of marine and outboard engines and gears
