I have close to fourteen years diverse experience spread across India,

Belonging to Bangalore, I completed a short-term assignment in the
United Arab Emirates for a highly reputed group of companies from August 2005
to January 2006.
Upto August 2005 I was with Hewlett Packard in Bangalore as a Business
Planning Manager in a Program Management role.

I am right now in the United States on a specific transition assignment till mid June.

I am now exploring the possibilities of a contractual job (not FTE based)
with a reputed brand which will enable me to fulfill my professional aspirations as well as look after our family's interests in real estate business.
If it is FTE based, then it must offer the flexibility and convenience to work based on deliverables, inlcuding working from home when required and flexi timings.
The key reason to look for a change so soon, is a chaotic and dis-organized work environment throughout this organization; besides the office location which takes a good 2.5 hours on the going and 2 hours on the return.
