JOB RESPONSIBILITY
* To look after the operation and maintenance of 115 TPH AFBC boiler,
52 TPH WHRB boiler, 40MW TG-set & its auxiliaries, DM plant, cooling tower and other power plant equipments with DCS control system.
PREVIOUS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* To check the detail scope of work, roles and responsibilities and makes detail plan consultation with project manager including identification of internal and external Site personnel.
* Preparation of check list for site opening and closing as per the agreed schedule.
* To make the detail Schedule/Bar chart in consultation of Project Manager. To monitor project progress against approved schedules and generate periodic progress report.
* To take care of all the statutory formalities viz. labor license, IBR approval, workers compensation insurance, road permit, and all other necessary clearances.
* Has to ensure the availability of necessary inputs, information and Documents and do the proper coordination with customer, consultant And sub-venders, for the timely completion of the project.
* Material receipt, incoming inspection, material storage, material issue etc. And documentation for material monitoring at site.
* To study and assessment of target dates for the project, prepare work Schedules assign and allocate resources (Manpower, Materials, and equipment and Monetary values) to complete the activities and develop the project Overall schedule using primavera project planer, MS Project, manpower, histogram etc.
* Planning & Execution of the project Coordinating with the supply management for the timely delivery of material at site. Ensuring minimum stock of spares and consumables required for equipment maintenance.
* Ensuring compliance to Quality, Environment and Safety system requirements and documentation (viz. Record control. Record submission).
