Wellsite Geology Specialist

- Follow the drilling operation especially at the area nearly close to the pay zone and each formation tops.
- Cutting description
- Well log interpretations to identify the formation tops, classification of the litholgy, Porosity, Permeability evaluation, structure dip, presence of fractures and sedimentary structure (Quick look interpretations to identify the W.S and quality of the fluids (Oil, Gas and Water).
- Reporting daily geological report.
- Prepare Final well report.
- Prepare Composite log and Cross Sections using Winlog software.
- Prepare Gas charts using Gas while drilling software.
- Routine and Special Core Analyses (to identify, type of rock, oil show, oozing and core recovery.
- Supervision geological operations and interpreting the geological data.
- Supervising the contractor companies such as Schlumberger,Geoservice, geolog, etc
