Presently working as Asst. Project Manager (Mechanical) looking after a) Maintenance of all Mechanical Equipments viz. Earth moving machineries used in Road Construction like CAT Generator, Puzzolana 300 TPH Crusher plant, Hot mix plant, WMM Plant, Hitachi & JCB make Excavators, Caterpillar Earth Compacters, etc.
b) Procuring & Maintaining inventory of Spares c) Scheduling & executing preventive maintenance of these machines.
I also look after fleet of Ashok Leyland Tippers, Dumpers, and other transport vehicles & also ensure their fuel efficiency.

I was running a Small Scale Industry under above name for almost 21 years. Our area of working was a) Manufacturing, Sales, Commissioning of Air conditioning & Refrigeration equipments like Air Conditioners of Window, Split, Package types of various capacities & types. My clientele included Hindustan Lever, Telco Constructions, Pepsico India, Spice Telecom, BPL India, Aptech Computer, Bhoruka Textiles, Karnatak University & Institutions, Nursing homes, Jewelers & various other industries.
b) We used to undertake projects of Air conditioning on turnkey basis.
c) We used to maintain Central Air conditioning plants, Cold storages, Cold Rooms, Walk-in coolers & other Refrigeration machineries.

I joined as Trainee and after completion I worked there as Asst. Engineer (Maint.) by but I was totally responsible for maintenance & reconditioning a) Machine Tools which consisted of Hydraulic Grinding Machines, Precision lathes, Machining centre, Capstan & Turret lathes, Vertical Turret lathes, Traub boring machines, Shaping machines, Precision Drilling machines mainly HMT, Kirloskar, Czech & German makes.
b) Generator sets 500 KVA, Multistage Compressors, Vacuum pumps especially Cummins, Deutz & Ingersoll Rand makes.

I worked as Engineer Trainee. My job was to undergo in plant training in various depts. of Edible oil extraction through Cotton seeds, such as Boiler Room, Machine shop & Fabrication workshop, Design & Process dept., Accounts dept., Administration dept., Expeller plant & other processing plants.
Achievements
I could learn there different aspects of Mechanical Engineering. I basically learnt managing labor.
