Description Amada America, Inc. sells a full line of precision, sheet metal fabricating equipment including CNC turret punch presses, lasers, press brakes, shears, flexible manufacturing systems and software. The majority of our turret punch presses are manufactured in La Mirada, California.
Position: Team Member Responsibilities: The Project responsibilities involved the analysis, design and development of ABAP Reports, Dialog Module programs, Function modules, Screens.

PROJECT #2
Period: Sep '03 To Dec '04. Client: BOC Edwards.UK
Description BOC Edwards is a value-added supplier of gases and equipment for the world's most advanced manufacturing industries. The end-to-end knowledge ensures that everything works in synchrony. BOC Edwards is a leading supplier to the world's most advanced industries Including semiconductor, compound semiconductor, flat panel display, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, scientific instrumentation and research and development.
Position: Team Member Responsibilities: The Project responsibilities Involved in analysis, design and development of ABAP Reports, Dialog Module programs, Function modules, Screens.

SOME OF THE OBJECTS DEVELOPED:

REPORTS:
- Developed an ALV report, which displays the details of purchase order from table EKKO. It displays the fields like Purchase Doc No, Quantity, Posting date, Item details etc.
- Developed a report in ALV titled 'Display Sales Orders'. The objective of this report is to search the application database for open sales orders. The inputs are Sales Organization, Sold to party, Material No, Customer purchase order No, Sales order creation date.
- Developed material master detail report. Inputting material and plant as select-options and material type as parameter. Output list will have total quantity by material group and plant.
- Created a report for displaying the Details of a Delivery Document using the tables LIKP, LIPS.
- Generated interactive report to show customer wise sales order item details according to sales area. The primary list displays the customers according to their sales area; the secondary list gives a detailed list of material information and net price for particular material for a particular customer.
- Created an interactive report, which displays all the sales orders for one particular customer, the items ordered for that particular order, quantity ordered, goods issue date and contact information about the customer. The secondary list displays all the delivery details for particular sales order.
- Developed a report to display a list with details of quantity stock for specific materials in specific plants or storage locations based on the input values like plant, storage location, and material and product hierarchy entered on the selection screen.

BATCH INTERFACES (BDC):
- Developed batch input program for transaction MK01 to transfer the vendor address into R/3 system.
- Designed and coded a BDC program for Open Sales Orders that updated records in the sales order screen or will create new sales orders depending on the source data file from external systems using VA01 transaction.
- Designed and coded a BDC Program for open purchase orders of knows vendor in Material Management (ME21).
- Vendor Master Conversion (MM). This conversion created vendor master records in SAP using transaction XK01.
- Upload Program for MEK1 - Create Condition Records.
- Developed a BDC program to extend the customer under account group Sold-to- party from one Sales area to new sales area using the transaction XD01 and to modify the extended customers in new area using transaction XD02.

SCRIPTS:
- Layout set was modified for Invoice and its print program was modified as per the client's requirement. Made use of SAP standard report program RSTXLDMC to upload the TIFF file as Logo.
- The Layout set was modified for Invoice and its print program to list full box qty / prices and broken box qty / prices in separate lines for the same line item. Modified the layout for the Order conformation and its print program to list full box qty / prices and broken box qty / prices in separate lines for the same line item for the confirmed qty with the discount %. Involved in modification of LAYOUTSETS OF RVADIN01 and RVINVOICE01.
- Modified layout set SHIPMENT_DOC and corresponding print program.

USER-EXITS:
- Developed SAP enhancement for sales order through user exit.
- Developed SAP enhancement for VL01 (create delivery order) through user exit for adding additional check for storage location equal to space and delivery quantity less than one.
- Developed SAP enhancement for XK01 as per client requirement.

ALE / IDocs:
- ALE configuration.
- Resending of master data like material, customer and vendor etc.
- Creation of partner profiles and ports.
- Maintained RFC destinations between two sap systems.
- Maintain filters and distribution of CDM.
- IDOC Status monitoring.
- Identifying the failed IDOCS. If it is master data IDOC, block that IDOC, and it is a transactional data IDOC, reprocess the IDOC.
