* Perform a Risk Analysis for deep water well in the Gulf of Mexico.
* Review offset well data and design a comprehensive risk analysis
* Arrange the project into steps and produce a hazard data base from which to store and utilize the data for all existing hazards
* From the Hazard data base built a Risk exposure potential matrix and assigned a risk assessment table for every phase of the campaign
* Cover all main hazards and all operational hazards (IE; Hurricanes & Shallow Water Hazards)
* The risk assessment table identifies the hazard and related risk according to activities. The next step is to categorize the risk apply control factors and re classify in order to reduce the risk to a tolerable and acceptable level.
* Submitted risk analysis to Repsol group for Kestrel well
* Ultimately responsible for the performance of risk analysis for Kesterl
