My General Job Description:

I have operational role as the leading company representative on the jack up rigs, managing a team, planning and prioritizing activities and using my expertise to resolve any operational problems safely and efficiently.

As a leadership figure, I'm pivotal in ensuring alignment with the company's principles, vision, key objectives and legislative requirements.

On a day-to-day basis, I manage all operations associated with the well, including but not limited to Planning and scheduling, Re-Sourcing allocation, Well site Cost controlling and Clear and concise reporting of all well site activities and events.

While executing these tasks, I also ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy standards and objectives, motivating all team members to deliver 'No harm to people or the environment'.

My role involves delivering high quality and cost-effective wells according to approved well programs, identifying and collating any lessons learned which can be incorporated into future operations, and managing the interface with other company assets.

I also try to optimize operational performance without compromising HSE, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit.

My Experiences:

- Attendance in most of Iran Offshore Drilling Operations in the Gulf region (Salman - South Pars – Forouzan – Esfandiar –Farzam – Nosrat - Hengam) common with Arabian Offshore Fields.

- Exploration, Appraisal, Delineation, Re-entry, Development, Work Over, Water Injection wells.

- HTHP Oil & Gas Wells and Sour Gas (H2S) Environment.

- Loss Circulation Zones, Flowing & Ballooning Formations.

- Well bore stability trouble maker formations (Caving, Sloughing, Swelling)

- Directional, Horizontal, Multilateral wells with some of 1500m horizontal section using Geo Steering Technology.

- Mud Line Suspension System for new wells.

- Mono Bore Completion String including Chrome Resistant Alloy (CRA) material.

- Compact Wellheads (Multi Bowl Wellheads).

- Substantial supervisory experience on various well site operations (Casing, Cementing, Logging, Coring, Acidizing, Stimulation, Coiled Tubing, Perforation, Well Testing, Etc

- Working in Multi national and cultural environment with some of famous International Drilling Contractors (MAERSK, ITM, KCA, PETROMAR, GSP, FEMCO, ABAN) and Service providers (Schlumberger, MI, Halliburton, Baroid, Baker, Smith, Pathfinder, Geoservices, Weatherford, Odfjell, Etc)

My Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing, Navigating and Supervising all of drilling operations on location to be conducted Safely and Cost effectively as per approved drilling program.

- Preparing Daily Instructions, Distributing among parties, Supervising contractors and third parties activities to be fulfilled as per proposed instructions.

- Making Necessary Operational Calculations and checking third parties out puts for final approval and execution.

- Scheduling and Planning for Equipment, Material and Services to avoid any operational delays by providing A 7 Day Look Ahead Plan.

- Liaising with Logistic Team and Coordinating vessel activities on location.

- Supporting engineering team by delivering Field Experiences to Improve Drilling Programs and make operational recommendations and amendments.

- Preparing Daily Drilling Reports

- Concise Well site Reporting to Drilling superintendent.

- Interfacing with Geology and Reservoir Engineering department.

- Taking Over Well Engineer Roles & Responsibilities on Days Off, Cooperating with Engineering Team to prepare Drilling Programs, Well Design and List of Requirements under guidance of Engineering Team Leader.

Night Drilling Supervisor under Guidance and Supervision of Schlumberger IPM Team - Petroiran Development Company–Jack Up – Gulf Region.

- Following Schlumberger IPM Senior Drilling Supervisor's instructions, Holding Responsibilities for Supervision and Coordination of Night-Shift Activities, ensuring full compliance with instructions and Company policies and standards.

- Managing all of Safety Meetings at night shift according to Schlumberger IPM QHSE Policies and Regulations.

- Participating in all of the rig Incident & Accident Prevention Process, Emergency Response Plans, Risk & Hazard Identification and following Safety Training Observation Program (STOP) System.

- Preparing Necessary Field Reports such as Section Summaries, Casing & Cementing Reports, Bit Records, Completion Reports, End Of well Reports, Lessons Learned and all kind of HSE Reports.

- Preparing Up-To-Date Rig Inventory & Maintaining Company Filling System.
